Whilst Kusadasi Rentals provides a free service to tenants, landlords and letting agents for property to let throughout the Turkey and in major holiday resorts such as Kusadasi, Bodrum Gumbet, Altinkum Didim, Selcuk, Ephesus we also need to ensure that terms and conditions are followed to allow the proper use of this site. These terms and conditions are outlined below.

■Use of the Kusadasi Rentals website by any person, company, or organisation requires your acceptance and adherence to the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions will from time to time be updated, you will be responsible for ensuring you read these terms every time you access or use Kusadasi Rentals to ensure that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions.

■To help prevent scams we will delete any advert where it is reported to us that an advertiser seeks a deposit from a tenant prior to their viewing a property. Advertisers are warned not to ask for deposits in advance of property viewings or their advert will be deleted. Tenants should be aware of potential scam advertisers as Kusadasi Rentals can not verify the validity of and adverts placed.

■By submitting details for publication on the site you warrant that:

■The rights of trademarks and copyright of any third party are not infringed.

■The rights of privacy of any other party are fully respected.

■You will not publish any material that is deemed unlawful.

■You will not publish any information that is deemed offensive, this may include comments or images that are of a racist or sexist nature, pornographic, or libellous to a third party.

■Kusadasi Rentals reserves the right to delete any publication on this site which it or a third party deems to contravened the terms and conditions with out any notice to owner or advertiser specially if is free listing.

■Any content of any images uploaded to this site will be your sole responsibility and you will fully indemnify Kusadasi Rentals against any claims that may arise from the content you have uploaded.

■Your advertisement must comply with the codes of the Advertising Standards Authority. You must not misrepresent any facts or information within your advertisement. Kusadasi Rentals will not accept responsibility for the information provided in your advertisement.

■If you are or have been using a letting agent to find a tenant you must check to ensure you are not in breach of any agreement, such as sole agency, by using this site to find a tenant. By using this site you assume full responsibility for any payments that may be due to a letting agent for an agreement you have entered into with them. You should send us an email to let us know about any changes.

■Kusadasi Rentals reserves the right to change the layout of this site without providing notice. Additionally, in exceptional circumstances, such as inappropriate wording of an advertisement, Kusadasi Rentals reserves the right to remove content from the site without notice.

■Kusadasi Rentals is not responsible for the availability of, or information provided by, internet links from this website to third party internet sites or information sources. Kusadasi Rentals dont use or send any newsletter or advertise mail other than feedburner which is top of the site and your own choice to recieve update for new added properties.
